Letterly name plaques, signs, LED neons and their cables should never be placed within a child’s reach or near where they sleep to avoid a possible choking, suffocation, strangulation hazards or the item falling onto them.

All our products should be installed by an adult. Always follow the instructions on the Command 3M strips packet carefully, and follow all weight requirements.

If using screws do not over tighten them to avoid cracking.

All advertising photographs on our social media pages and website that demonstrate name plaques, signs or LED neons above a sleep space, have been correctly installed as per our instructions, and are examined regularly to ensure they remain securely attached to the wall.

We cannot be held liable for damages in the event that our products have been installed or handled incorrectly, or have been installed near sleep spaces.

Name plaques & signs 

There may be small acrylic pieces present that could cause a choking hazard if broken or handled incorrectly. Such as the centre of our flowers and small letters and numbers.

There may also be sharp edges present, specifically if the acrylic becomes cracked or broken.

Neon signs

Check for any damage to the cord before use, do not plug into the power source if you suspect any damage and contact us immediately. 


Our neons are for indoor use only and should be kept away from any moisture of humidity.
The cables on our neon names pose a strangulation risk and should be kept out of reach and away from where children sleep.


Our neons should be turned off when unattended or unsupervised, and should only be turned on and off or plugged in a power supply by an adult.


Our neon remotes may contain batteries which can be harmful if ingested. These should also be kept out of reach of children.
